Terms and Conditions of Use
Please carefully read these terms and conditions of use before accessing, using, or obtaining any materials, information, products, or services from the Janata Travels & Tours website, mobile or tablet application, or any other Janata Travels & Tours platform (collectively, "Our Platform"). By accessing Our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you may not use Our Platform. In these Terms, "we," "us," "our," and "Janata Travels & Tours" refer to Janata Travels & Tours, and "you" and "your" refer to you, the user of Our Platform.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, for any reason, by posting a new version on Our Platform. These changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of Our Platform following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any changes. If you object to any provision of these Terms or any subsequent modifications, your only recourse is to immediately terminate the use of Our Platform.
Services Provided
Janata Travels & Tours offers travel-related services as a travel agency. However, it's essential to note that Janata Travels & Tours does not provide, own, or control any of the travel services and products you can access through Our Platform, such as flights, Tour packages, or travel insurance (collectively referred to as "Travel Products"). These Travel Products are owned, controlled, or made available by third parties, including airlines, hotels, and other providers (the "Travel Providers"), either directly or through agencies.
The Travel Providers are solely responsible for the Travel Products, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your bookings. You must agree to and understand these terms. Any interactions with Travel Providers through Our Platform are at your own risk, and Janata Travels & Tours does not assume responsibility for any issues that may arise during your booking or travel.
The display of Travel Products or Travel Providers on Our Platform does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or approval of Janata Travels & Tours by these Travel Providers, nor does it establish any affiliation between Janata Travels & Tours and the Travel Providers.
Janata Travels & Tours hosts content, including prices, made available by or obtained from Travel Providers. While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this content. Prices may change, and additional charges such as payment fees, service charges, luggage fees, and local taxes may apply. Therefore, you should always verify the final price before completing a booking. Additionally, some Travel Products may be sold in currencies other than your default or selected currency, and currency conversion rates may vary.
Booking and Responsibility
When you make a booking through Our Platform for Travel Products, the booking is made with the specific Travel Provider identified during the booking process. Our Platform serves as a user interface, and Janata Travels & Tours does not have any involvement in creating the description of the Travel Product, setting the price, or providing the Travel Products you book. In case of any issues, disputes, or concerns related to your booking or the Travel Product, you agree to address and resolve these directly with the Travel Provider and not with Janata Travels & Tours.
Intellectual Property
Janata Travels & Tours, along with its corporate affiliates, the Travel Providers, and other licensors, own all text, images, software, trademarks, service marks, and other materials presented on Our Platform, except for user-generated content. You may not copy or transmit any of this material unless it is for your personal, non-commercial use. All copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights notices must appear on all copies you print. Any non-Janata Travels & Tours product, service, or company designations mentioned on Our Platform belong to their respective third-party owners and are used for identification purposes only. You must contact the relevant third party for complete information regarding these designations and their registration status.
User Eligibility and Use of Our Platform
You may only use and register to become a user of Our Platform if you are of sufficient legal age and can enter into binding contracts. If you become a registered user or create a Trips account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all use of Our Platform under your account. You are required to keep your information accurate and up-to-date. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must promptly change your affected personal information.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated contact information if you choose to receive messages or other communications from Our Platform directly to your mobile device. Janata Travels & Tours is not responsible for information sent to a device associated with outdated contact information.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
1. Only ticket(s) issued through https://janatatravels.it/ will be processed for refund.
2. Please mention all passenger(s) name & E-ticket Number in the Refund Request Form before you Submit.
3. Once Refund Request is SUBMITTED, the process cannot be REVERSED. Reservation will be cancelled and the Ticket(s) will be processed for Refund.
4. The refund will be credited to the same credit cards and bank account that was used to make the original payment.
5. The refund process will take 10-15 working days from the date of cancellation.
6. For refund of declined transaction, please contact with your concern card issuing bank.
7. In case of online refund request submission, time of email received by concern refund team will be treated as refund request submission time for processing/calculating refund amount.
8. If you wish to change travel date, do not submit refund request online.
9. Cancellation charges will be applied as per the fare conditions of the tickets, please see the ticket copy to know about the charges for refund plus 25 Euro Processing fee will be charged by our Janata Travels & Tours.
While using Our Platform, you agree not to:
1. Access the site with any manual or automated process for any purpose other than personal use or inclusion of Janata Travels & Tours pages in a search index.
2. Violate restrictions set by robot exclusion headers on Our Platform or bypass measures employed to prevent or limit access.
3. Deep-link to any portion of Our Platform.
4. Use any device or software that interferes with the normal operation of Our Platform.
5. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit Our Platform.
6. Use Our Platform for unlawful, harmful, or objectionable purposes.
7. Post or distribute material that violates the rights of third parties or applicable laws.
8. Collect or store personal data about others without their consent.
9. Use Our Platform for any commercial purpose.
10. Transmit advertisements or promotional materials on Our Platform.
Janata Travels & Tours reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to Our Platform at its sole discretion, without notice or liability, and for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.
